Product Designer — UX Owner for the Main Donation Ecosystem
As the Product UX designer for St. Jude’s main donation form, the primary conversion point for all online giving experiences across paid, organic, and campaign-based journeys, I help optimize one of the organization’s most high-traffic and high-impact digital products.
Through ongoing research, experimentation, and collaboration across teams, UX improvements have directly contributed to stronger donor engagement, higher satisfaction, and measurable performance gains across the year.

Embeddable Donation Widgets

End-to-End Product Designer
I’ve designed three embeddable donation components that enable giving directly within digital journeys. Each is built with conversion in mind.
By placing donation opportunities closer to user intent and engagement, these widgets streamline the process, reduce friction, and make it easier for supporters to give at the moment they feel inspired, without ever leaving the experience or navigating to a full donation form.

Donations with Dedications

Product Designer
I work on the Honors & Memorials donation experience to make tribute giving more intuitive, emotional, and meaningful. The flow now includes clearer steps and new notification options donors had been asking for, like printable cards and e-cards that can be shared with loved ones.
To support completion, I introduced pre-written message templates that donors can easily select and personalize. These updates simplified the process, reduced hesitation, and helped more supporters finish their tribute with confidence, sustaining higher donor value and showing that emotionally resonant design can also drive measurable conversion gains.

Raincoat — Startup
Designed and launched an insurance app for an international insurance product, delivering a scalable, end-to-end purchasing experience.
The product launched in Jamaica in August 2021, expanding to Mexico soon after.
